Cutting edge repair and cleaning of the Kanetsugu PRO-S kit. Santoku # 5003 and Utility knife # 5002. 

After about a year of use by our regular customer of this pair of knives, one of the guests overdid it.

The edge of Santoku, received surprisingly uniform damage that turned out to be shallow.
On the slopes there were many traces of rust that were removed by ordinary washing.
Precedent with active corrosion of stainless steel, was delayed for an unknown period.
Probably knives was storage next to something rusting, which may be the cause of the appearance of spots.
Complete restoration of the sharpness, and geometry of the blades, were absolutely successful.
Utility knife, significant restoration was not required.
Sharpening and high-quality cutting are restored, and the set is returned to the mistress, along with a new knife, purchased additionally.
